Yes, agreed. In this instance the DA didn't make much of it.
Some of the DAs, it can be a big deciding factor.
There is just sooo much that they have the power to mess us up, when it comes to a self defense situation.
It's like... I just fought for my life, now I have to fight you too? Yep.

Have you seen this part of the videos?

It took a bit of searching because this part is usually left out for obviously reasons but I did find a video showing the woman aggressively shouting pointing a gun at him and walking toward him as he was walking away from her.

Many people have not seen this part because it shows her guilt.

This is not behavior of a woman fearing for her life, this is aggressive and all rights to self defense are lost by this action alone.

She even had the gall to taunt him after she gut shot him as he was bleeding out on the ground.
