Why would I worry about the worries of potential violent aggression by people showing all the signs of violent aggression in a time plagued by violent aggression in an area with a history of violent aggression?

Should have chosen a judge trail . The DA picks the jury , I’d bet each juror was not vetted properly . The only way I can explain this insane asinine judgement .

Went for my annual checkup at my primary doctor today. We talked about politics, as usual. He is a very conservative lifelong Baptist. Told me that he had bought a 9mm handgun recently, "due to political climate." I was stunned. This guy is as peaceful as they come.

There was no judgment. This was a grand jury indictment.

They need to sue the ever living crap out of the DA for dropping the charges on the protestors and making them feel unsafe in their home. Maybe the governor can launch an investigation into the DA.

So, they brandish weapons after a mob breaks down their gate and surrounds their home. They get indicted for brandishing the weapons (apparently counter of the laws in the books), the tresspassers go scott free.
Her election opponent needs to be driving the point that Gardner doesn't believe you have the right to protect yourself, home, or family.

grand jury that rendered this verdict
Grand juries only hear the prosecution's side of an event. The state is going to get crushed in court.

The government won’t be there to protect you. But they will show up to prosecute you.

Her opponent is a Republican. He might get 25%.

I was a GJ in this court. The only information regarding any issue is fed to you by the state/gov. In one year, the GJ said no only once. Let this shite show go, its just a shill. The defedants will sue and come out in good shape. The ussue is within the courts/ fed attirneys.

The herd is quite often right.....
BTW, go on and tell us again how the McCloskeys' tore down their own gate and how it was a nothingburger for the Police to alter evidence gathered in the case.....

5 On Your Side reported about the tension between the lead detective on the case, Sgt. Curtis Burgdorf, and Hinckley over the wording of the court document known as the probable cause statement. Burgdorf sent a list of multiple concerns he had with the way Hinckley wrote the document and refused to sign it until the concerns were addressed. 5 On Your Side has learned Burgdorf was not among the witnesses prosecutors called to testify before the grand jury, but some of the protesters accused of trespassing on the McCloskeys’ property during the confrontation did testify.
Holy shite balls
