However; the lady having her finger on the trigger is very poor gun safety. Based on how she held it, im willing to believe her gun wasnt loaded. She looked like it was her first time holding a gun, but assuming its loaded that was not safely handled.

She was holding that gun like a bottle of windex

I am pretty sure that Mark McCloskey is representing a black male that was treated unfairly by the authorities...Not sure how all this is going to work out for the DA....

But not the homeowners' property from what I understand, which turns castle doctrine into brandishing a weapon

Correct.

And she hired an out-of-state investigator and likely suborned perjury from him.

Only if there’s no threat.

I never said it was against the law. I specifically said im on their side. And would be even if they shot one or more of the protestors.

But as a gun rights supporter, it doesnt mean I cant cringe when they are poorly employed.

They are registered democrats. Nothing will happen to them.

With that being said, I believe they had the right to protect their property with a firearm, but they need to learn how to handle a weapon. That lady had NO TRIGGER DISCIPLINE. You never point a firearm at something you dont intend to shoot. Bitch was waving it around like it was a tv remote.

You may be a 2A'er, but not real keen on property law.

Yeah, it is their property as well if it set up like most gated communities are...

Not even close. Maybe there is something obscure in MO law that I am unaware of but that shite wouldn't come close to flying in Alabama

These are affirmative action lawyers who give as much of a shite about the rule of law as the criminals they sometimes prosecute. Their juries are even worse.

Oh but you can , if they trespassed on your property destroyed your fence and you feared for your safety . You most certainly can . Have you seen what these people have done to businesses ? Have you seen any footage of these riots ? Get your head out your arse .

And btw, from my view here in Louisiana, it's pathetic how Missouri republicans just abandoned Greitens and fed him to the wolves like self righteous fools only to discover later they were conned and conned hard.

They lost their balls and look like complete idiots.

I hope Greitens runs for Roy Blunt's senate seat. He deserves an opportunity to redeem himself.

Given the context of the situation, it’s unreal that this was said by a DA in America.

It’s up to us to support each other and not kneel to activist judges who will attempt to criminalize our constitutional right to defend our property and families.

Activist judges need to be afraid to pass rulings like that, they need to have a very justifiable fear for their very lives

Even though they are likely lib BLM sympathizers, they shouldn't have to "game the system" to avoid time here.

There’s not.
If there’s a threat, you can get your gun out.

quote:

According to Findlaw.com, Missouri's law is more extensive than those of other states because it allows you to use deadly force to attack an intruder to protect any private property that you own, in addition to yourself or another individual. This means that if someone illegally enters your front porch or backyard, you can use deadly force against them without retreating first.

More specifically, a person does not have a duty to retreat:
(1) From a dwelling, residence, or vehicle where the person is not unlawfully entering or unlawfully remaining;
(2) From private property that is owned or leased by such individual; or
(3) If the person is in any other location such person has the right to be.

Before it became law, the effort to expand these gun rights drew strong opposition from many prosecutors and law enforcement leaders, including the soon to become St. Louis Circuit Attorney, and the then Chief of Police.

I didn't research it much. I saw people standing in a street, a woman waving a pistol around with her finger on the trigger, and nobody within 20 yards of her

sit on porch with guns out but don't point at anyone in the street, and this is a non-legal issue
