Have you not heard the wildly inappropriate comments made by Vance? He's meddling in the internal affairs of a another nation that we depend on as an ally. WTF is wrong with this administration that it insists on isolating the United States from everyone else with these wildly inappropriate comments?

I haven't actually listened to or read his comments.

With that said... the only person that should push back on Vance, or put him in his place, is Trump.

I have to assume, as well as Meyers should have, that Vance is speaking with Trump's approval and blessings... unless Trump himself says something otherwise.

Admin47 has a plan... Vance is playing his part.

Nobody can be so stupid as to make dumbass public comments like that while still in active service.

No matter the level of training, can't train the woman out of them. Or the TDS for that matter.

You used the term, "wildly inappropriate" to describe her behavior. The whole Trump administration is proudly "wildly inappropriate". There has never been a more wildly inappropriate administration before.

When a guest in another country apologizes to that country for her compatriot meddling in their internal affairs is considered inappropriate, but his outrageous statements aren't, it's bizarre.

Because it was... Vance could have called them colonizing, cockgobbling twat waffles and it STILL isn't her place to publicly state the inverse.

Okay. Let's say I agree... where does that leave things? Let me tell you exactly where that leaves them, 'Wildly Inappropriate' is the official fricking policy and she can stand with it, or resign... she cannot buck it. Period.

She's not a guest. She was the commander of a joint base...

Here, I wiki'ed
quote:

Type :US Space Force base
Operator: United States Space Force
Controlled by: Space Base Delta 1

Our base, operated by us, controlled by us, commanded by us. She wasn't a guest that needed to apologize for the host.

Where does JD Vance sit in the chain of command again?

I’m gonna go out on a limb and say he probably has the ear of the commander in chief.

I’m specifically talking about DEI in the military. If the commander came out against the Biden administration’s DEI policy, coming out against the CIC, would you still advocate for their removal?

I would think…hell yeah, that guy has balls. And then fully expect them to be fired.

Hell, even in the private sector what do you think would happen if you email your team that you don’t agree with either CEO’s vision?

I don't get the reference... not military and relatively young for this board, I think.

What's it mean?

Truman fired MacArthur when Mac publicly disagreed with Truman on policy in Korea.

Jesus…get your hurt feelings out of your arse and understand how the chain of command works. What he said is irrelevant…the whole military is built on chain of command and following orders. What he said or didn’t say isn’t her place to challenge.

Even in a private company, you don’t come out and defy the boss…regardless of what you think. If you don’t like it, quit.

This isn’t that hard.

Just did a quick read on Senate .gov

Your comparison is spot on! Although I doubt in current times that our Senate could so artfully and fairly handle the fallout as they managed to do then.

If Major Tom said to his underlings, peers, and all others interested, that Biden's DEI policies were not reflective of Major Tom's United Staes military base... then yes, shitcan his arse. It's not CiC but only if you like, agree, or understand the administration's decisions... It's the Commander In Chief regardless.

I respect the consistency.
