What does North Korea have to say about this?
What would ending the war functionally do? I assume open trade up as well as allow for crossing the border.
What incentive does NK have to end the war? Their leader has a fascist hold on the country and as far as I know probably has no desire to change that. China uses them as a buffer and probably enjoys them as they are.
I totally support this id just love details on it.
