A single act of coordination between Obama, his employees, and those that committed crimes implicates him in the conspiracy beyond his “offical” duties as president.
Keep in mind that not long ago you were making the case that Obama didn’t do anything. Now you are saying he did but it was an official act. Of course, he was involved well beyond that point as we already know.
