That might result in the gun grabbers getting shot in the face.
And folks ordering a bunch of 1" sheet metal for their doziers.

Good. Next dim admin blanket ban all guns. Let’s get this party started.
Fearmongering. This EO would be challenged by the biggest biggest Class Action Lawsuit in history. This EO would do absolutly nothing to gun ownership in the US.

Safe from what, bitch? Crime? Mutilation of children? Illegal immigration? Liberal corruption? Drugged out zombies taking over our cities? Racial discrimination? Runaway tax burden and entitlement society? Rigged elections?
Safe from what, bitch?
Safe from what, bitch?

The SCOTUS should not be taking the position of activism. Not a good position to be taken by a current SC justice.

This is laughable. The party that has been trying to infringe on the 1st Amendment and the 2nd Amendment for years make this argument? If she had her way they would allow the government to censor the press and ban any firearms that aren’t musket loaders.

A leftist loon fearmongering and lying, I'm shocked!

“No right is safe in the new legal regime the Court creates,” Sotomayor’s dissent read. “Today, the threat is to birthright citizenship. Tomorrow, a different administration may try to seize firearms from lawabiding citizens or prevent people of certain faiths from gathering to worship.”
Hey Sodie, birthright citizenship was intended for the children of freed slaves and in modern times for those who entered the US legally with the intentions of becoming US citizens.

Yes but would be enforced while you try to certify that class and move it through a much more stringent procedure....

Yes, and just think would wonders that would do for the electoral prospects of Democrats for years to come.
I love how people postulating all these wacky scenarios pretend there are no such thing as political consequences.
Funny, how it's often the same people who have been howling Muh Democracy for some time now.
Idiots

Yes, and when the left refers to the 1898 SC test case, where Wong Kim Ark was granted citizenship, they always leave out the critical details:
From AI:
quote:
Wong Kim Ark's parents were Chinese citizens who were legally residing in the United States at the time of his birth. They were described as having a "permanent domicile and residence in the United States" and were engaged in carrying on business.
So no lefties, you can't come here illegally or temporarily, squirt out a kid, and that kid is granted all the benefits of US citizenship. It's common sense.

They try both of these constantly. What does she mean, “might try”?

LOL. Good luck with that.

If those faith gatherings include planning for the downfall of the western world, perhaps we should prevent them.
