If you think your average LEO or local sheriff is down with confiscating firearms from American citizens, you are clearly not very bright.

I love the blue and they certainly aren’t down with it but if their paychecks depend on it, especially in major metro areas, they will enforce it. It’s sad but true.

I have a feeling I would be taking a lot of burglary reports if gun confiscation ever happened or doing a lot of reports where the guns were “lost” in a boating accident

You think police would go door to door to confiscate weapons? That would be a bloodbath and I am sure most police officers would refuse to do in the first place. That's a stupid meme.
