They wouldn't have the resources or man power... It is laughable to think that regular LEO's could disarm the American population. It is also laughable to think that even our military could or would. Too many guns and too little resources to take them. Short of bombing the shite out of our country which if that happens it will be anarchy anyway and everyone for themselves. The only way guns will ever be removed from USA citizens if people hand them in voluntarily which will never happen.

During a disaster where most people left the city and martial law was declared. If guns are ever outlawed, militias would rise faster and be more heavily armed than Law Enforcement. No same person would be part of this suicide mission.
