Are you advocating an attack on Cuba?

Just stop. You're beyond embarrassment.

Here's my shocked face that the resident anti-Trump poliboard troll doesn't agree with this move.

Like the word “embarrassed” has any meaning to you.
You really are gutless.

I don't know about that. Reports in the media suggest that someone in Maduro's inner circle betrayed his location to the United States and Trump was very adamant that the opposition leader, Maria Machado, likely will never see power in Venezuela. It would not surprise me if this Delcy Rodriguez was the one who sold Maduro out in exchange for U.S. rights to Venezuelan oil.

Yup. I'm no longer in the President's email group.

"The one who sold Maduro out......." The CIA was in the country for mths, documenting where Maduro was when. Rodriguez had nothing to do with any of this.

Yeah, and who do you think they were talking to? This isn't James Bond. CIA operatives utilize assets on the ground to gather intelligence. It's not all just surveil and tail.

I don't think it would surprise anyone, but the question is if the new boss is the same as the old boss. And, if so, what did this accomplish?

Do you really believe nobody has thought this through?

“Invasion”?
Did we “invade” Abbottabad?
Posted on 1/4/26 at 10:12 am to SlowFlowPro
What’s worse the Pandora’s box opened or closed in Venezuela ? For 20 years it’s been closed and a vibrant country went from a wealthy country to destabilized country run by dictatorship and narco cartels.

You men posters or the admin?
I'm sure the admin has, especially with neocon Rubio leading this policy/op.
I think lots of posters are pretending that's simply not an option to avoid hypocrisy/policy 180s.

One point. made in American Thinker this morning is the military is not necessarily on the people's side. Easy to understand as it has been purged, manhandled, and run by Cubans .
Remember, there are 15,000 Cubans in the country.

For now. Cuba oil distribution has fallen so home front may get dicey for them and recall of military may be needed

The more I read the more I think it's no accident that Rodríguez is our gal. Rightfully, President Trump is more concerned about America interests than democracy in Venezuela.
####
Delcy Rodríguez has developed strong ties with Republicans in the oil industry and on Wall Street who balked at the notion of U.S.-led regime change.
Among her past interlocutors was Blackwater founder Erik Prince and, more recently, Richard Grenell, a Trump special envoy who tried to negotiate a deal with Maduro for greater U.S. influence in Venezuela.
Fluent in English, Rodríguez is sometimes portrayed as a well-educated moderate in contrast to the military hard-liners who took up arms with Chávez against Venezuela’s democratically elected president in the 1990s.
