Probably cannot blame that person for the soy shortage their community is facing.

That thing may be the most repulsive creature that ever walked the earth.....I'm not copying that image so as to minimized the ocular damage that may occur from viewing.

what the hell is going wrong up there? These people are fricking weird, ugly, some fat, some skin and bones, ugly hair, some haven't had a hair cut in years, some look like they don't have a penny in the bank, and they are trying to form a community that lives the exact same way that society already lives - farming for food, needing ice, cleaning materials, toilets, etc, etc. etc.
It’s a reincarnation of the hippie movement. They think if they have grand ideas and sing kumba ya, everything will be fine.
But it will fail like the hippie movement when they realize that people are selfish at their core and certain individuals will want a lion’s share of whatever is available.

Meanwhile, capitalism gave them their cell phones that they are addicted to. I wonder how well they could garden without fossil fuel based fertilizers.

Nope. They are trying to develop a whole new way to live.
They are trying to get other people to pay for them living there.
Evidently Seattle will pay for their toilets, water, possibly power. And people will supply them food.
It's really incredible. These people are doing nothing but basically bring authoritarian little millennials that live in their parents basement but tell their parents what to do, because there Seattle government is too damn weak.

Where are these people taking showers and taking care of personal hygiene? Laundry? Toilet facilities? Feminine hygiene products?
I bet they all smell real nice about now.

They are a bunch of militant LARPers.

Trump should issue an EO and direct AG Barr to begin identifying individuals and documenting evidence that will be used in their FEDERAL criminal prosecution, once the siege is ended. Flood the prosecutorial zone with so many Charges that even Soros would take a hit paying for lawyers. Charges ranging from Kidnapping to Civil Rights to Sedition, Insurrection, et al; that will follow convicted players for the rest of their life. Throw the book along with the kitchen sink at what is a violent Marxist revolution.

I think that's the right play. Don't bust it up with force. Infiltrate it, document it, and turn the FBI/DOJ on them. A little bail money won't help.

The city is helping them. They gave them portapotties, clean them regularly and have brought in food for them. Tonight many left Chaz to join a march. The police should have used that time to take back the 6 blocks. Seattle government leaders are in bed.
I hope Trump ignores the shite.

The most insane part is they actually think they are holding the rest of the country hostage. I hope things like this continue the rest of the year so at least some portion of America can see what lies down the road should these idiots continue to gain ground.

I am sorry for the innocent residents and businesses in that area, but escort them out, then cut the power, water, and sewage.
