The bread is clearly on the street side of the sidewalk. I would not think that sidewalks are considered private property.
* i’d like to see more of the video. Any chance the guy swept the bread off her property and then tried to sweep it up on the sidewalk? That seems excessive.
Also, there’s a serious disconnect with this woman who speaks in polite “excuse me“ tones while swinging a fricking 2 x 4. She is not playing with a full deck.

I feed the squirrels, a raccoon named Einstein, and my garbage disposals (opossums).
I also have two feral cats that are now MY cats.
Fat boy comes up interferring with me feeding them, he is not going to have to scream "HIT MY WOMAN". He can lie there and bleed and watch me stomp her arse as soon as I am done with him.
I am on the side of the 2x4 swinging woman. I would give her a heavy bat and teach her how to swing it.
Seriously, who are these two fat shite stains that they think they can determine if someone is allowed to feed the squirrels?
