Doesn't seem like this moved the needle either way.

Has it been asked if Ford has seen Kavanaugh since the supposed incident?
I mean if they were acquaintances and had mutual friends is it inconceivable that they had future interactions with each other?
Did she talk to him ever again? Did she avoid him? Wouldn’t it be weird to avoid someone without friends asking why she is avoiding him and not going to places where he could possibly be?
I mean this is early 80s. Not really the communication we have today in regards to texting so and so and asking if Brett is there and then deciding to go, or not go.
Just seems like something that would be beneficial to know, or to at least answer.

The Patrick Smith affidavit just blew Ford out of the water. Smith is the witness she didn't want to identify. She fricking stroked out at the end when she heard that name mention. LOL

That was the only goal. And, the target was missed in glorious fashion.
No it wasn't. Public Opinion doesn't confirm Kavanaugh. The Senate does.

Imagine if Vinny Gambini got to be the R’s chosen prosecutor in charge of questioning Ford

This was not to sway public opinion. It was to sway the votes needed on this committee. And I think it is working so far.
Very very false. They've always had the votes. Mitch knows that. Public opinion was the biggest thing here.

What time do they expect to start Kav's testimony?

Yes.
What did you take from this "ripping her apart" session?

I think she said she attended a few more parties and even tried to speak to him.

I think this shite show may be enough to get Flake, Murkowski, and Collins to vote for BK.
Pretty much showed that there’s no “there” there, as no one had been looking for any actual evidence, just shite they could use to slime him.

The R's don't want to look like heartless assholes. That's counterproductive. What they did was show that she cannot support her claims. If there are booms, like the man coming forward that has been interviewed twice, let that be entered after she leaves. That way it looks like they are protecting her from her attacker.

we need the two men that said they tried to have sex with Ford. we need Kav to take a cue from Clarence Thomas.

You continually saying this today has been more annoying to me than the admission of 10,000 pointless letters.

The lawyer you hired off a billboard would have come off as an aggressive lunatic, and served as a source of attack ads for 20 years.

this won't be the headline. Anywhere. And without the headline, public opinion won't get on that side.
The headline doesnt matter. This isnt a popularity contest. The only thing that matters is the testosterone levels among Republicans.
They blow it, theyre dead fricking meat.
