So she just testified that she was sexually assaulted, feared she could have been accidentally killed, had to hide from the assailants in a bathroom and she fled the house
but as she fled the house, she said that Leland was still there and she did not speak to her about what happened and never said anything about it until recently

Most of that is pretty common...but, it also misses the point. None of this moves the needle on whether or not Kav did it as seen through the public eye. That was the only goal. And, the target was missed in glorious fashion.

The talking heads are missing the entire point.
This was not to sway public opinion.

Prosecutor got Ford to agree with her that this environment was not conducive to getting the truth and that they purposely did it this way to not get to the truth.

There were no smoking guns brought out. No real "gotcha" moments. The mistake was not going after her with a REAL cross examination.
