Many years ago I worked with the Miller Beer rep in the lower 9th Ward in New Orleans. In Louisiana stores have to pay cash for alcohol, and this was before debit cards. Had to rent a police car and two cops to guard the truck in deliveries.
Im standing in this bullet proof store, one where the groceries are behind the glass, you pay him and he shoves out the groceries in a drawer. 2 year old kid comes running in wearing nothing but diapers and no one with him. Throws a quarter in the drawer looks up and says Snickers. Owner looks down and says Jimmy you know its two of them.
Kid is standing in front of me, looks up, points at the owner and says look mutha fker I said Snickers. Owner runs around to open the door, Jimmy goes running out the store.
Owner comes back and says I wouldnt hit him. I know his mom, 12 when she was pregnant with Jimmy. She out involved with all sorts of characters now, Jimmy left with who knows, doing who knows what to that kid. Gonna grow up one angry individual, never had a chance in this world.
That is what happens when a social safety net becomes a hammock.

Abby Zwerner (the teacher who was shot by this little maniac) should be the owner of Newport News Virginia.
All she got for suing them was $10 million , remember she came close to dying ( you know, like losing her life ) all because of this 6 year old child.
