She wanted to change the results.
Results are part of the election. It’s not real complicated.

Georgia has a strong enough case to scare people into pleading guilty.

Those who plead guilty are agreeing to testify in court.

That testimony will harm all co-conspirators who are not testifying.

So you have a strong case, co-conspirators pleading guilty (admissible in court) and then testifying against their former colleagues.

This is real, no joke legal peril for Trump and those around Trump.

Are you dumb?

10 years in prision and millions in lawyer fees or 6 months probation, who wouldn't take that deal. It's obvious what she's doing.

So 6 counts of interfering with election duties . So was challenging the outcome a crime? Did she hamper the counting? She folded the kraken tent way too soon . No doubt that someone has threatened her with taking all her money and stripping her of legal credentials.

So instead of sitting in court for a year, spending millions in lawyer fees, and risking decades in jail she'll offer you probation and to help the case on her main target.

It just means her cases are extremly weak and she needs his associates to flip to give her an actual case and they don't agree she'll use the courts to destroy them by impisioning them or finacially.

What an incredible jump. The M.O. you described is absolutely correct, but this strategy is employed no matter how strong or weak the case.

Man I would take this on completely false allegations rather than go up against an entity with infinite funding.

Powell is a traitor. She, along with Lin Wood, went around Georgia telling GOP primary voters to boycott the runoff, and unfortunately enough voters listened to them, which handed 2 Senate seats over to the Dems. They can rot in prison. Frick them and everyone who gave them a platform.

I got served up a Q related post on X a few days ago. People are still holding onto the idea that things are going according to plan, Trump is Q+, etc.

Yes it's always employeed but this is so bltant because she basically dropping the charges. 6 months probation is nothing if the associates were really guilty she would give them some form of actually punishment as her case would be too strong to let them walk.

I still dont understand what crimes she committed?

Why would it be illegal to challenge an election?

Are we saying we don't want citizens to question the validity of elections? And if they do, they should be prosecuted?

Seriously, forget all the Dominoon and Kraken stuff, and look at this from a 5000 foot view. And this is downright Soviet show trial shite. I get that the reelsident Commies are giddy about this, not for any particular reason other than they see it as a "win" from their side.

Imagine, the state of GA locking up Stacey Abrams for her challenge to the election. Or how about Trump lockong up Hilary for her challenging the 16 election, or Bush locking up Gore for challenging the 2000 election.

Look beyond whether you believe her accusations, and look at how the state responded to her accusations.

I dont see her "guilty" plea as anything more than basically they said plead guilty or we are going to ruin your life and put you in prison.

I will say on her part, if she wasn't willing to take her challenge to the bloody end, and risked being jailed or killed, then she should have stayed on the sideline. She ultimately did not do anyone good. I know that sounds extreme, but if anyone has any intentions of challenging the regime, they best be prepared for who they are dealing with.

Where was any of this illegal dipshit?
Ha is a state that requires dual electors
How did Sidney stop result certification?
When or where was it proven that she conspired to have fake recounts ?
The rest of your nonsense is well just a opinion simply because you are a arse

Lol, you think Justice is fair? They would have offered Powell a 3 day trip to Cabo if she could guarantee a Trump conviction.

The case is extremely weak. Even though it is they can financially ruin these folks. They knew they needed some help and offering plea deals is where the help will come from.

correct

here is mike flynn, charles flynn & powell on 10/1/20, one month before the election.
one month later after the election, charles flynn was promoted to 4-star, and mike flynn was pardoned, on the same day. powell is/was a flynn operative who cooperated and helped orchestrate the attempt to invalidate the 2020 election results, and then helped plan the jan 6 "whatever you want to call it, i call it treason"

powell was not "trump's lawyer", she was brought in by michael flynn. recall that trump attempted to appoint powell "emergency special counsel" in his final days in office

This seems to be a common talking point. The crimes she has been charged with have been public for a long time. Have you read them? Just google it. Here's a tiny portion of what she did.

She helped to create plans to illegally obtain access and to take voting machines and ballots in Georgia. If a democrat had tried to illegally steal voting equipment and ballots, not a single conservative/republican on this forum would be sitting around wondering why they got charged with a crime.

quote:

In Georgia, the indictment alleges that Powell entered into a contract with Sullivan Strickler, whose employees set out to remove and examine voting data, from Dominion Voting Systems, tamper with electronic ballot markers and tabulating machines, and remove official ballots from Coffee County polling locations in December 2020 and January 2021.

Willis also says Powell lied in a May 2022 deposition before the U.S. House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack, saying that she “didn’t have any role in really setting up” the efforts to access the voting data in Coffee County or in Michigan, didn’t know what happened and couldn’t remember whether the effort was led by Giuliani or others.
