I still do not know what she did wrong and pled guilty to.
The indictment lays it out. The conspirators went well beyond just filing lawsuits.
I've defended her for being punished (by the bar, not a prosecutor) for simply filing suits and using the proper civil process, but this GA stuff went beyond just filing lawsuits.

I can understand why people don’t like her but if people agree others can’t voice their opinion or have a legal avenue to challenge something in the US then we are not a free democratic republic
We aren't.
The Patriot Act destroyed any semblance of freedom. Now its ok to go after political opposition.

What will happen to spyder?

My point is Georgia doesn't need to plead out their felony charges against a witness just to get her to testify in court in someone else's trial.
The 5th Amendment still would apply.
She's basically waiving it and if she doesn't testify truthfully, they can rescind this deal and re-charge her with the felonies. This is SOP with conspirators.

And they certainly don't need a plea deal to ensure that testimony is truthful.
It's a lot bigger stick to threaten her with if she changes her mind before other trials of co-Defendants.
Without that stipulation, she could tank those other cases and the prosecution would have no recourse. This gives them recourse if she would try.

You guys think this legitimizes the election results
No.
It's another step to delegitimizing the "steal" arguments, though.
There is a difference.
Most anyone is open to actual evidence of the 2020 election having some frickery, but you have to, you know, present that evidence.

All part of the plan. Moves and countermoves. Trump will pardon her, and the libs will look like even bigger idiots.

Even if Trump becomes president in 2025 he would not have the power to pardon her. These are state misdemeanor charges.
Brian Kemp can however, pardon her.

Brian Kemp can't pardon her - not directly anyway. There's a pardon board in Georgia because a past Georgia governor sold pardons.

It'll only cost her 10 cartons of cigarettes and her deserts at lunch for 2 months.

Pleading guilty to trying to keep Dems from stealing the election?
Because it was stolen. Outright.
She got Flynn off of similar bogus charges and now this?
Very strange.

Breaking News: POTUS has been granted pardon powers for State convictions.

Georgia Governor can't unilaterally issue pardons.

trumps big mistake was threatening Hillary. Since that day, they've come after him and those that support him.
Its painfully obvious.

So she was also given immunity? That would be the missing link for me.

You are right. I keep forgetting about GA's quirky pardoning laws.
