Cheating or no, nobody can say that the GOP in Georgia put forward their best candidates. Walker and Loeffler were D level candidates.

Illegitimate votes should not be counted.

Probably not that great................with damn near 500,000 replies and such his client list cannot be much more than roll call in a small town kindergarden class.

You mean "clerical error", right SFP?

Well that's a separate discussion from one around the votes being fraudulent

You need to educate yourself on the 315k story.
At some point naivety is no longer cute. At some point all but fools should understand there is a source of the smoke, i.e., that where there is smoke, there is fire. We are well past that point.

You aren’t intelligent enough to educate anyone about anything.

So you do not accept the admission of wrongdoing?

Fraud vitiates everything.

Someone should sue and force the SC to do their job with a ”No Standing “ bs again. The hopelessly corrupt Judiciary must discredit themselves to the point that they are ignored. They earned it but we’ll all pay dearly.

I think there is clearly wrongdoing, but I’m pretty sure it goes under the category of illegitimacy instead of fraud.
I could totally be wrong here, but I do think there’s a difference between the two.

SFP….you’re a pure idiot!

Decision makers familiar with the voting and counting process anticipated fraud was highly possible, unless procedures were put in place to prevent it.
Suddenly and “unexpectedly” those procedures were strangely not followed in a very tight election where the authorities in control of the procedures made that decision without anyone else’s permission or knowledge. They tried to keep that fact under wraps for years until the evidence was overwhelming.
Why do you think they decided not to follow those procedures?

GA Code § 21-2-386 A-1-c
That statute is for absentee votes. The recent admission from Fulton County relates to early in person voting, so that statute clearly does not apply.
I realize there are also issues with mail in ballots, but try to keep the issues straight.
