A study done on women that stay in the workforce and not leave for motherhood etc shows that women actually out earn men.

Here’s my thing… if women want men to always pay, they should vacate those cush jobs so men can have them to earn money to pay

For at least the first few dates. If the couple can't figure out a way of doing things that they are both comfortable with by then, they shouldn't be together anyway.

I always pay for my dates, bar very few exceptions, but definitely not for this reasoning....

I know Female doctors don't. Their pay is identical as well. However, female physicians do seek work-life balance and reduced workloads far more frequently than their male counterparts, and their salaries in those cases reflect it.
Female tennis players make about 1.5X more than men for time played.

I'm just curious, because if a business could hire an equally effective worker at 77¢ on the dollar (which is the supposed F2M differential), the CEO would have to be an abject imbecile not to have an entirely female workforce.

Every time I get mad at mine I take a minute and reflect on this fact. I can’t imagine trying to have nightly conversations with the current under 30 crop of women.
