a. that car is going like 20mph. how the hell did the driver not see the 4 person brawl 50 feet in front of them and stop before running them over?

I'm thinking the sun glare was blocking the driver... that's why the driver slowed down to 20mph. Crazy how anyone survived. Man the cop under the grill!!

Inattentive driver. Maybe playing on their phone...it causes much more accidents than drunk drivers (studies prove it). The cops were lucky. Probably the position they were in when the car drover\ over them.

Anytime you are driving a car in the city of San Francisco at least 40-50% of the drivers on the road are Asian. Fact. Good luck driving there as you can see from this incident.

Probably had their nose stuck in their phone like so many others these days. That's a bigger problem than drunken driving now and people guilty of it should face the same kind of penalties they would for DUI.
