Mine that's closed was a tiny church, I now go to a large high school with four basketball courts to vote in.

We are the 'Titanic' steaming toward the 'iceberg' of electoral dysfunction and calamity. Dem Operatives/sympathizers ARE going to trash this election and demand that Trump concede and acquiesce to a "peaceful transfer" of power to a blatantly fraudulent election.

The real question is WILL Trump concede; and if/when he refuses...what happens. The Dem Party/Deep State and colluding MSM will scream 'Dictator'...and off we go into the cold waters of governmental collapse and dysfunction.

At this point, all the censorship, electoral fraud and MSM propaganda...is moot...or will quickly become so when Trump either surrenders powers...or refuses to do so. And whether the Trump Base that knows what is going on...will support such an obviously, unconstitutional action.

The virtue of Democracy (pure version) is no more good than the wisdom and honesty of them who vote. The Founders and the Document they implemented to RESTRAIN Democratic Rule, and 'guarantee' GOD-GIVEN RIGHTS, is not a on the table of a majority vote determination. I don't know how long those who essentially support this Ideological Principle, can publicly continure to support 'majority rule', when in their hearts, they realize (or soon will) that votes can't solve a problem when votes ARE the problem.

Crazy me. What else is new.

They consolidated a few spots up here in palm beach county but they’re in different areas of a big school. Honestly made it a bit easier. Before it was 3 locations all within about 40 seconds of one another by car.

Exactly what happened up here in Iowa, not a big deal, I have to drive eight blocks further to vote.

Very misleading story. Likely more polling places should be closed.

That's the best thing about getting old. I no longer get accused of being an idiot, just accused of being a curmudgeon.

Gosh, that bit of news seems to have slipped right past the intellectually curious NPR reporter.

VOTER SUPPRESSION. So this was their plan all along. Get our people to mail in their ballots. Shut down polling places. Try to cause Trump to shut down the elections or lose. Blame him and call him a dictator.

WON't WORK IDIOTS.

The Dems are going to 'win' the vote, E; they will manufacture votes till they do. Just what/who/how will that be dealt with? They can not and will never accept another Trump term. Period.

Linn County was one of 6 counties that went for Hillary in 2016. If they want to disenfranchise their own voters, I welcome them to it.

I remember the Florida panhandle being devastated by a storm during an election a few years back in 2016 on Oct.3rd but voting places were set up so those people could vote. They didn't bitch about their local precinct being out of commission. They went and voted where they were assigned to vote and the panhandle ending up tipping the scales for Trump.

If Iowa voters decide driving a few extra miles to go vote for Biden is an inconvenience then they can stay home. I fully expect Trump voters to show up regardless.

It’s inevitable...democrats watch cnn, pmsnbc, abc, cbs, and believe them...The mainstream media have scared democrats so bad they stay home depressed with their masks on...Republicans on the other hand are pissed...

I called this the other day. Swing states will close down many polling locations and limit the amount of people that can gather in order to cut down on GOP ED turnout. Make lines long and some people will just go home and not vote.

If you can still go vote in person early, do it now. I wouldn’t wait till ED because there will be some frickery going on in the crucial swing states
