Is free speech dead?

Keep in mind this pervert begged her over and over again to say the magic word.

quote:

Shiloh Hendrix was just found guilty of disorderly conduct. Count 1 towards the child: not guilty Count 2 towards the videographer: guilty

Reminder that the “videographer” is a Somalian predator who was charged with raping a teenage girl but was let go. In Minnesota, if a foreigner sexually assaults minors, he goes free, but if you say the n-word, you are punished by the state. Two-tiered justice system.

She should already have a suit in place for malicious prosecution

Well she’s gonna get sued now for intentional infliction of emotional distress. FFS.

ETA: I can’t see this not being overturned.

I can’t imagine this’ll hold if she can appeal. Disorderly conduct laws are the most abused statue in violating free speech.

Will be overturned on appeal. Blatantly unconstitutional ruling.

Tboy, VOR, Decatur, RFK, Byron Bojangles, cubbies, and Hank are saying this is a damn fine prosecution and an example of justice

They won’t be around. They know not to enter a debate they can’t win.

rip the bandaid off the n-word and every body uses it as common vocabulary.

It is already a punctuation mark in the black community, like profanity for a soldier.

Cant wait for SFP's "well akshually" pedantic legal argument that happens to conveniently defend the leftist position on this.

as well as cucks terrified of the reaction of the 'black community' if they delivered the *wrong* verdict.

same as the St. Floyd jurists.

Got to have someone offended to start with.

I have yet to hear a slur for white people which was offensive as opposed to pathetic.

Can’t we just learn to pretend to be offended…like they do?

We all need to have some empathy. The strong black guy was terrified of a little white woman calling him a word.

The idea that there was a 4 day trial, complete with multiple translators, security, media, and the jury deliberated for 9 hours ------ FOR A MISDEMEANOR ----- is fricking insane.
