However, even in that case, some Soros DA could argue you were acting as a pseudo law enforcement agent and charge you under this proposed law even if you’re found innocent by way of self defense, castle doctrine, or protecting a third party from imminent (serious) injury or death.
It’s a fricking joke and this clown should be tarred and feathered for even proposing such a heinous infringement on multiple amendments to the constitution.
