What's the ratio of white/ black / Hispanic in your "suburb" of the gritty city of Denham Springs? Surely you let at least 1 black guy move in recently?

You guys need to get out more. You have no idea what it's actually like in the states that actually matter

I really wanted DeSantis to take off.
He chose a very difficult road…to try to be Trump while not being Trump while Trump was still around.
He needed a great campaign team. And they sucked. I commented that they weren’t impressive months and months ago and the DeSantis superfans weren’t taking any criticisms. They were in denial.
I like DeSantis. I hope there are more chapters to come.
DeSantis picked a crappy campaign team with that runs a generic version McDonalds conservative.
ETA: Axiom Strategies and Jeff Roe ran Ted Cruz's abortion of a presidential campaign in 2016.

OP rolled a spicy meatball into the PB to bait and corral the Ronbots and their comrades. Well done OP

You spend much time in Arizona and Georgia?

I appreciate your laying out what the problem with Ron is in '24 for Trump superfandom. It's about a show with a lot of emotion ("he deserves it!") layered on. This is why it's nearly impossible to get into a policy or experience debate with a Trump superfan. It's not that they don't understand the differences or take issue with DeSantis on those levels, they just don't give a frick about an actual conservative with a successful track record as a chief executive (public, not private) when there's a Trump rally to log into.
So you can read the political landscape but Ron couldn't. He should have waited and the landscape would have been ripe for Ron in '28.
But keeping on the presentation theme, Ron really needs to hire a tailor or at least follow the lead of his friends Brian Kemp and Brad Rafflesberger. They at least dress well and keep their hands off their face while in public.
I mean this is just messy look:

Trump superfans are so smart that they can post shite on a politics message board and posters with a different point of view will respond. Definite circle jerk material for MAGA.

Well, you have to admit that reading the political landscape leading up to his venture into presidential politics didn't include so-called conservatives abandoning their principles and jumping onto an emotionally driven bandwagon that is, to put it mildly, establishment-friendly. After all, you're the guy that posted not long ago that you hoped Trump wouldn't even run because DeSantis was clearly better.

He obviously made a big mistake thinking shite like not spending like a liberal, not bowing to the establishment at nearly every turn, pushing back on the Left culturally and politically would "trump" his choice in footwear for conservatives.

Ted Cruz would be another.
I like Cruz as AG or the next Supreme court justice. If DeSantis doesn't burn too many bridges, there should be a prominent spot for him in the Trump administration.

They're still here..
Look over in the 2A thread where they are declaring that they will be having an armed revolt against whoever holds office

We’re three national election cycles away from Idiocracy.
Anyone who is a principled person shouldn’t run. It’s a waste of time. We need more show ponies and carnival barkers.

As if he’d even consider it.
IF Trump is the nominee, y’all are going to be in for a big surprise.

If you’ve observed Trump at all, you’ll know that backing him today in no way means he’ll back you, tomorrow.
