re: Seattle Mayor: When a man does 6 or 7 crimes, we don’t know his life story, so no jail

DEMS minds are just plain screwed up......
If a man breaks the law 7 times, he simply does not care, period!
He should be taken out of society!

So if the mayor is robbed or assaulted…

Had to look that one up... that's a good one, I'll be adding it to my repertoire.

Pull Seattle’s funding then. They obviously don’t need any money for correction facilities with this mentality.

He has no desire jailing someone who does 6-7 crimes, but I bet he’d love to jail someone who left tire marks over a road painted in trans colors.

When a man does 6 or 7 crimes, he has shown that he is a career criminal. Lock him up.

DeSantis mandated the removal of several rainbow crosswalks here in Gainesville a couple of months ago and the mayor and city commission were close to lowering flags to half staff and declaring a day of mourning for our brave LGBTQHDIDIWKZ brothers and sisters.

Maybe his next crime will be murder.
Imagine a judge, probation officer, or parole board deciding the fate of a known criminal. The criminal already has a track record of violence, and warnings have been given about the danger they pose. Yet instead of keeping them confined, authorities release a known dangerous criminal back into society. At that point, they assume responsibility for that individual and should be held equally accountable for any crimes he commits.

Mayor not worried about his family safety. Life story? Indian gets back against the white man
Posted on 10/3/25 at 7:53 pm to SPEEDY
So I wonder if he would be interested in my life story as a white male if I committed 6 or 7 crimes? I think not. My a** would be in jail. He specifically said his criteria for black and brown people. JFC.

I have linked it before, but the “Seattle is dying” documentary is fascinating…and sad.

I’m no Seattle mayor but poverty and crime are connected. If we aren’t willing to kill dangerous criminals we need to find a way to turn them into regular people.
These guys need $30 an hour jobs. That is just enough money that you can’t afford a bunch of baby mamas and you can have enough left over after bills for an occasional night out. Putting them in prison will radicalize them into permanent danger to society. Those who have nothing to live for probably won’t value your life or mine.

I need money, think I’ll go rob a bank in Seattle.
I also haven’t had sex recently and it’s causing me great anxiety. Think I’ll go rape an OT 10 in Seattle.
You don’t know my story. I deserve this

Has the mayor offered up an alternative that will protect law abiding citizens?
He's probably not 100% wrong, in that maybe some of these people are a product of their environment (largely created by Dems, but that's another chapter in this story), and maybe could be turned around with some sort of support network.
If that's even possible, it's tricky. So the criminal gets special training, job placements, etc, and the law abiding citizen is on their own, and has to go to the back of the line? What happened to "crime doesn't pay"?
But in the meantime, you need to keep them from stealing and murdering. What's the answer for that?

It is because of this people are more likely to take the law into their own hands.
Sadly, that may be the only way they can be safe in such cities.

You just described what Jason Williams and other Soros DA’s (STL comes to mind) are doing. He flew below the radar using our tax dollars to elect DA’s in many cities because they can circumvent the justice system more easily than police chiefs and judges can (although he’s bought plenty of those). He and his evil spawn need to be eradicated
