To be fair, Reggie Bush threw USC under the bus.

Pete Carroll wasn't buying Bush's parents a house. It was Bush's family that got greedy and leveraged their sons talent to have future agents buy them a house in the promise that they'd represent Reggie.

And then Bush bailed to the NFL...there's a reason the NCAA said Bush couldn't be reconnected with USC because they found him at fault but you can't punish Bush because he gone so they punished USC for "not anticipating that Bush would be lured by agents."
