This will be about the last domino to fall. Anything you own at that point probably can’t be sold except for cash. The domino that they are on now is insurance. It’s becoming either expensive or difficult to get insurance in some places. Once you can’t insure the property it will then become impossible to get a mortgage.

So according to "scientists", the global sea level has risen 6 inches over the past century, yet somehow one particular Florida key island has seen a 12 inch increase. From the exact same ocean system that is governed by the laws of gravity from both the Earth and the moon, as well as global rotation.
But that one particular area is doubled from everything else. Science!
For every "expert" that says that mankind is dramatically exacerbating the rising global temperature and sea levels, there are another two "experts" that claim the exact opposite. Know what the difference is? One gets funding from global governments and the exposure that comes with it, and the other two do not.

Has anyone bothered to look at the increase in development in places like West Palm over the last 50 years? Couldn't be that the land has been compacted and slowly washing away because land is not necessarily being replaced.
