The even more hilarious part of this thread is that a month later SCOTUS actually lifted a lower court ban on the deportations but it sent it back to the lower courts and a month later confirmed that even under the Alien Enemies Act, individuals are entitled to "constitutional due process" and "judicial review" to challenge their designation as an enemy alien,

I am not sure this is a new ruling. It seems to be one earlier where they ok’d it could be used but sent it back to the lower court to spell out the requirements including a process for the gang members to address claims of being in a gang.
No recent news on any new Supreme Court ruling.
Unless there is something newer I would not label this another massive win. That’s doubling up as this was done in the past spring, and the process still seems tied up in appeals or can get tied up.
