So the affordable care act needs government credits to be sustainable. Let that sink in. It's so good that others have to subsidize it. Yes brain dead folks vote (dead or alive) for these clueless bunch.

Here comes the Republicans caving.

More like Chuck is showing weakness. The democrats are riding high after the elections this week. Accepting a 1 year extension is weak. Democrats need to hold out until the subsidies are permanent barring any replacement plan(which will never happen because the republicans have no plan).

Nuclear is the way to go. We have the House, Senate, and the WH.

Unfortunately, we also have Paul, Murkowski, Collins, and McConnell, who won't support it. You can probably throw in Cassidy and a few others.

Might as well just open the borders again and finish us off.

Freak them all. Aside from hearing about a couple of people with flight delays, none of this apparently has anything to do with the lives of everybody that I know.
Fire them all for good and deport every illegal alien - all 40 million.
Time for housing costs to plummet and the burden on the medical industry to be eliminated.

Nothing is affordable with the subsidy welfare going on, so let’s continue on the same path.

They hate us & I hope Trump has a plan to not have to give them any concessions and let it all expire at midnight NYE style!

No!!!! Where is that being paid for. That's not a negotiated deal. It's ransom.

I would rather see the GOP nuke the filibuster and then pass all the good stuff Trump is pushing for like limits in immigration, illegals voting, sanctuary cities and states. You know...keep us free and prosperous.

The DSA will get rid of the filibuster in a millisecond as soon as possible. Trump's way is the only way to stop that now!!!!

Nuke it, but the Republicans don’t have the numbers to do it. I would think maybe 40 would vote to go nuclear and the Dims know it. We have the majority, but we don’t have enough members with a backbone to do anything with it.

A key component of governing is compromise. Clearly Dems want to push this to midterms.

This would be a great opportunity for the GOP to say OK, But the subsidies go straight to the consumer with proof of citizenship, NOT the insurance companies. Doing this could expose who the liberals are really fighting for. I promise it's not the American citizen, but moreso the insurance companies and illegals. Of course that would probably be called racist...
