Chuckie would do well to remember that if / when "nothing is off the table" for THEM, then we have no rules either. Each and every one of them will become fair game and valid targets in every sense of the word.

After the fraud of an impeachment and the lies about Kavanaugh, the Democrats have already jumped the shark. There is nothing to be afraid of because you know they are bad actors with no honor or reason. They have taken away any bargaining power they ever had because you can’t trust them...and they did it to themselves.

Does Chuckie not realize that with statements like this, he's only pushing any R senators that may have been on the fence to galvanize with their party? If I were one of the senators that were iffy about pushing this through and the leader of the opposite party said this, I would think "ok, frick you buddy, NOW I'm on board. Gloves are off!"
Not only that, but it drives Republican constituents to act and brings further attention to the cause, and draws the battle lines. Repubs that weren't paying much attention before or were sitting on the sidelines will be pissed about this kind of statement and fervently call and email their senators, or do whatever else they can.
It's really a stupid, childish move by him. It'll only serve to make the Rs more determined to do the opposite of the kid throwing the tantrum, just to show him that they can.

That's what makes this so big right? The court will be conservative for a good while. Moderate Dem senators could lose this year too if they don't back Trump's nominee. This insures Repubs hold the Senate regardless who wins POTUS. Repubs also have the added benefit of SCOTUS ruling against election fraud.
