do people actually think the government keeps intelligence in folders marked "super secret folder"?

Yes.
Most do.

Of course. It’s classified material that the agents probably didn’t have clearance for. They needed to be covered.
Unless you buy the argument that by simply removing the documents, Trump unilaterally and instantaneously de-classified the material.
Anyone who has worked around classified material knows there is a process for de-classifying material. Even if you buy that Trump could have unclassified the material himself, the second part includes notifying downstream parties that the information was no longer classified. I have seen no evidence that second part was completed here.

And people like boozieman are fine with that. Who cares if the government is misleading the public? Not a big deal
That’s why democrats gravitate towards daddy government in the first place. They see the government as providing the muscle to implement their authoritarian agenda.

They still don't think they did anything wrong.
They justify this because they are protecting DEMOCRACY. OMB and we don't know what is good for us.
They are this arrogant, to cover their misconducts.

He did more than that. He had his lawyers write an executive memo declassifying all Crossfire Hurricane and associated documents and he signed it. That is more than sufficient. In fact there are no laws surrounding the classification or declassification process of material by the president.

Not to go SFP on you, but what does this case have to do with Crossfire Hurricane?

Someone channel being dumb and explain the CT that Julie Kelly is trying to create, please?

Yet another conspiracy (non theory) perpetuated by SFPs Uber serious prosecutor that will get "OMB".
Will this democrat operative be disbarred and jailed?
Can the charges be dismissed on prosecutorial misconduct?
Can Merricks fingerprints on this SC investigation lead to his impeachment?
Will the rinos do anything?

Either way, significant precedent will be made.

What do you think that means?
It means what else did they doctor and tamper with. If you remember no one from Trump's legal team could be present while they gathered material, that could be normal procedure I don't know. It also could just mean they added a cover letter for effect in the photos.

Maybe the dork FBI agents didn't hold a clearance so they used empty TS folders.
You do realize that it has come out in redactions ordered by Judge Cannon that a person at the DOE notified the DOJ NSD and Jack Smith... That Trump still held a Q clearance AND IT WAS RETROACTIVELY AND CURRENT TIME-removed by Biden.
SO THEY COULD ENTRAP Trump.

CNN was pushing this today.

Prosecutors with special counsel Jack Smith in a filing late Monday night pushed back on former President Donald Trump’s effort to toss the classified documents case against him over how materials found in boxes during the FBI’s 2022 Mar-a-Lago search were handled by investigators.
Prosecutors, with several never-before-seen images and a 30-page filing, detailed the search process and ridiculed Trump’s legal arguments.
“Trump personally chose to keep documents containing some of the nation’s most highly guarded secrets in cardboard boxes,” prosecutors wrote, “along with a collection of other personally chosen keepsakes of various sizes and shapes from his presidency—newspapers, thank you notes, Christmas ornaments, magazines, clothing, and photographs of himself and others.”
The latest Trump bid to toss the case came after prosecutors acknowledged that some of the documents fell out of order within their individual boxes after they were seized by the government.
Trump’s attorneys have previously argued that because the order of contents in boxes was changed, it impacts their ability to build a defense around when certain classified material was placed in each box, given where it was inside Mar-a-Lago and what documents – including news articles – were beside it.
The new filing from Smith’s team goes into granular detail about how the search was conducted, the protocols FBI agents followed, and how certain documents were taken out of the boxes and by whom.
