Not to go SFP on you, but what does this case have to do with Crossfire Hurricane?
Your not going SFP on me. It's a valid question.
The DOJ wanted all the Crossfire Hurricane documents back in hand because it exposed all the FBI, DOJ, CIA and Five Eyes mis and malfeasance they conducted on Trump the first part of his presidency.
They could not just get the documentation through regular DOJ channels. They had to get the documents via warrant through the National Security Division of the DOJ. Courts give extreme deference to the NSD DOJ. If the DOJ yells "national security" the judicial system says "how high".
Trump in the MAL case is not being charged with mishandling or possessing classified documents. He is being charged with mishandling and possessing national security documents with classified markings.

Why did the public even see this?
Oh yeah, it was leaked.
By whom?
The fbi, the same clowns that framed the picture.
100 years from now the fbi will be viewed like we view the SS

The unredacted part...NARA working with the WH...
No White House coordination at all. Total independence.

It means what else did they doctor and tamper with. If you remember no one from Trump's legal team could be present while they gathered material, that could be normal procedure I don't know. It also could just mean they added a cover letter for effect in the photos.
Exactly.
And the FBI insisted the security cameras be turned off, they were off for at least 20 minutes before Trumps lawyers were able to get them turned back on.

Evidence tampering? Wouldn't that be grounds for dismissal?

Who didn’t know this?
Wait people actually thought this stuff had big ole folders with classified and top secret written on it?
It was a staged photo op.

If true then the judge should dismiss the case with prejudice

The public is very gullible.
There are people still finding out he didn’t call Nazis fine people.

Of course. It’s classified material that the agents probably didn’t have clearance for. They needed to be covered.
It could have been some chicken scratch. They then put a cover on it with big red letters that says top secret.
Your dumbass now thinks it’s nuclear codes.

Seems like weekly more info trickles out showing how ridiculous this whole deal is/was.
IMHO the judge is letting the prosecution dig their own hole even deeper.

There were two attorneys on some CNN show late last night pretty much saying this. This judge will not take "because Jack Smith says so" as a reason for anything. The prosecution has been told multiple time to chill the frick out by this judge and they keep stepping on their own toes. It's all a sham and it's slowly coming out.

Everyone knows your sophisticated mind cannot comprehend words from peasants, not just anyone can pass the exams, well except for hundreds if not thousands of exceptionally ignorant politicians and judges. Excluding politicians, politically appointed or elected judges/district attorneys, personal injury lawyers, and most criminal defense attorneys, we are truly blessed to have lawyers
