Sanjay Gupta puts Trump survival odds above 90%

Says he has underlying conditions but odds are high. Not sure about the ethics of a doctor giving out odds.

Considering that survival odds for his age group are >90%, this isn’t much of a prediction.

I saw he weighs 244. He is 6’3” and 74. The media would have you believe Fat Albert is president.

What are the survival odds for someone his age that has zero comorbidities, has (demonstrated) stamina even if he's somewhat overweight? 99%? 99.5?

Disagree. Age and overweight (to some degree) <<<<< diabetes, cardiac, renal, liver issues.
ETA: those latter issues: That is where the "cytokine" storm kicks patient's arse.

I was discussing the wife (pics, maybe later) last night and agreed that we thought he looked a little slimmer when walking to the choppa.
I have also heard many times that he has to wear bulletproof vests often which bulks up his appearance.

Dude, he ain't gonna die. This is the easiest prediction to make. The crazy statement would be to predict that despite the best medical care in America, he's likely to die. That would be crazy talk.

That’s fat! A 74 year old has lost a lot of muscle and bone mass. Trump’s good weight should be about 170 pounds. He is about 70 pounds overweight. Add to that the visual evidence. Trump is a fat arse!
Who cares about that though? What I care about is how his policies are affecting my life. That’s why I’m voting for him.
