The solid majority of western nations want what they have in Europe. Up to 12 weeks max.

It's weird that the US is vastly more liberal on this one point.

If we allow and tolerate abortion as society can we even claim to be civilized?
We've tolerated plenty and still claimed such.

So have YOU ever heard any of those women say that they got an abortion because of medical complications that were affecting her?

If a woman is pregnant and told she has cancer and needs chemo do you think it should be her choice to end the pregnancy & do chemo

Or

Do you think the government should decide on whether she gets to pick her life or a pregnancy?

Roe v Wade being abrogated just pulled the plug from the dam. The pendulum is still figuring out where it is going to stop swinging. It’ll be ugly until then. The marketplace of ideas is working itself out.

I’d rather loose with an anti abortion candidate than win with a pro abortion Republican. There’s going to come a time when we have to answer to the Lord Almighty why we as a nation have slaughtered so many of our innocent children. I’m going to be able tell Him that I did everything I could to stop it.

What percentage of people who currently vote Dem do you think would suddenly start voting Rep, should the GOP abandon its pro-life stance?

It's not necessarily about turning blue votes red. Its all the people that only come out to vote for this single issue, and then vote down ballot blue. Without the abortion issue, they'd sit out.

However, to answer your question, in this day and age with the Dems moving so far left, there is more opportunity to pick up disenfranchised moderates, especially women.

Eta: About your daughter, are you already deciding what's best for her then? Taking her free will from her because YOU thought it was right?

This is the last time I'm responding to you because your stupidity is starting to annoy me. I didn't decide anything for my daughter, I told you what she would choose between because I know her. I actually have two daughters. That part wasn't hypothetical.

I just wish we'd focus on ourselves rather than what Jane in Mississippi does with her fetus. If they're already condemned and there's nothing you can do, then stop freaking worrying about it.

Sure. And the next time a George Floyd incident occurs, frick it. I wasn't there. I didn't have anything to do with it. I'm not black, so why should I worry about it?

You don't know those people because you probably keep yourself in your own bubble

I DON'T HAVE TO KNOW THEM TO HEAR THEM TALK ABOUT HAVING ABORTIONS, YOU IDIOTS!!! Go to YouTube and search "abortion rights."

But my friend, it happens more than you think.

I doubt it happens more than 10% of the time. Because the vast majority of women abort before they would have a chance to develop medical complications, and that, "my friend" is a fact. Regardless of where your wife works.

I hate jumping into these threads once it's 5 pages deep, but here I am.

Georgia passed the heartbeat law. Court struck it down. Then the Supreme Court overturned RvW. Georgia Heartbeat law goes in effect. The left screams that girls will be having back ally abortions. The left screams that a woman having a miscarriage will be sent to prison! All during an election year, and Brian Kemp, the proud signer of the bill, won in a landslide against Stacy.

I don't know how the issue plays out everywhere, but in Georgia, it's a pro-life state.

ETA- zero reports of back ally abortions, and zero reports of women being arrested for having a miscarriage.

think it's the main one for the vast majority of them. What do you think it is? I don't buy financial hardship...there are plenty of people who would pay them to carry the baby to term for them to adopt. I don't buy medical complications because I have never heard even one woman say that she killed her baby due to medical complications she was having. I'm not saying that that has never happened, but I certainly don't think it's a majority motivator.

When you were pregnant, were you able to live your life exactly as you did before you got pregnant?

But Roe itself underpinned a vastly more leftist abortion regime in the US than in places like Denmark.

It did, and that both lead to pent up anger and resentment from the pro-life crowd now clamoring for an absolute ban and complacency from that soft middle who now has to figure out what they’re truly comfortable with.

Is an unwanted, neglected or abused child any less of a tragedy than an aborted one?

Not in wacky's eyes. It's all in God's hands and he'll pray for them.

But by God, don't you dare question him!

Is this a real question? If so, the answer is - Yes.

Mmmm, no, Dems have just perfected stealing elections, there are a few more who will vote for the free choice, but without the original theft of votes none of the libs agendas would be passing. It all started with Prop 48? California Homosexual Marriage bill (whatever number it was) that went down in flames. The Conservative Supreme Court Judged that voted in Homosexual marriage (who ever Kavanaugh replaced) had a deal with Dems, if any stated voted in Homosexual marriage he would vote it in via the Supreme Court.

It got voted down in Calif. So, that's when the Dominion voting system started rigging votes etc. etc. Obama and the Dems somehow learned hope to rig elections, that prop. went down by over 20 percent, it did not change that fast. They rigged the system, and in so doing learned how to steal elections.

But, its all for naught the Lord is returning soon.

When you are standing in front of him it might not be the best thing to lie directly into his visage. I don't know you from Adam but I know that statement is a... let's just say a fib. You have made 183 posts on this forum and this is the only one you mentioned abortion in. Have you been in Ohio the last few weeks going door to door? Have you given every penny you could to the cause?

The reality is have done the things that are convenient and maybe some that were slightly inconvenient but just like the person that says they gave 100% in some endeavor only 1 in a million actually do. Be honest with yourself, it will always make you strive to be better at the things that are important to you.
