Nick’s always been a hardcore liberal:

quote:

Several sports leaders with West Virginia ties, including Nick Saban & Jerry West, have penned a letter to Sen. Manchin in support of voting rights legislation. Saban & West are both friends of Manchin and appeared in a campaign ad for him.

I would simply publicly shoot back the request to show me one American who has been denied the ability to vote.

Of course he is in favor of it. He is one of the elite in this country and won't be affected by the fallout from it. He wants you peasants subjugated so he can enjoy his wealth in peace.

Yikes. That’s fricked up.

Does Nick really want fedgov to grow bigger and control state elections?

The next step is for them to control mayor elections and school boards.

They never stop.

frick JW and NS and anyone else supporting this garbage.

fricking "voting rights". LOL The left loves to rebrand shite, dont they? Having 10 days of early voting versus 14 is taking away voting rights?

frick those 2. Seriously, frick them. They haven't been to West Virginia in decades. Jerry West is an LA guy and no one cares about his West Virginia ties. frick the left for constantly exploiting celebrityism.

“Voting rights”

It’s an absolute absurd lie. This legislation is about Dems institutionalizing their preferred method of cheating.

Manchin should simply sit down and write Nick Saban a letter giving him coaching advice.

It won’t matter anyway if he did vote for it . The filibuster is still in place . They would need 10 republicans . And he knows if he does support it , his political career is over in WV .

Thought experiment: if Saban ran for US Senate as a Democrat in Alabama, could he win?

Manchin has to decide between 2 celebrities with only a distant past in WV or the actual current people of WV.

Saban and West no longer vote in WV and haven't for decades.
