You didn't need Rush to know gold/silver are a good investments?
One could argue the federal Reserve is the most destructive creation In American History.
As long as it’s there, gold and silver will be crucial.

If an AOC or Bernie type ever gets in office you can count on an FDR type gold confiscation push.

What an awful president he was

No doubt. Gold has been an “ok” investment over the long haul, even though currently it’s been great.

Was just thinking the other day about how those long commercials in the 90’s pushing people to buy gold were quite surprisingly a great investment. Wish I would have listened to them.

Why is Rosaland Capital selling gold when they're saying it's time buy?

Found the guy who didn't invest because he's stupid.

I hold gold, silver and bitcoin. Doing quite well with all three.

Congrats, OP!

So you'll be one of the 'raiders' who dies on someone's doorstep because he didn't prep foodstuffs.

Depends on the time period.

The SandP isn’t up 45% this year

Measuring one year is dumb. Investing is a long term game for most.

That’s why I do both. My 5% stake in PM became a 10% stake in a year. Not considering all investment options is dumb.

here's the thing jethro rush was paid to pimp gold, his primary investment was municipal bonds did you buy his freeze dried food as well.

in 2008 i was short oil and the s&p i had my best trading year ever.

Good for you. Just FWIW though, the S&P outperformed gold about 2-to-1 over that period.

Do you have the gold? Or is it all in paper...meaning can you put your hands on the gold say, in a 1 week period?
