Targeting Power Plants can be done without kenetic weapons

The CBU-94, also known as the “Blackout Bomb,” is a cluster bomb designed to disrupt electrical power infrastructure. It can be deployed from most tactical aircraft operated by Western countries and is also referred to as the “Graphite Bomb.”

Why don't people understand the constitution. This is not a war, but an excursion and it is legal.
The War Powers Resolution requires the president to notify Congress within 48 hours of committing armed forces to military action and forbids armed forces from remaining for more than 60 days, with a further 30-day withdrawal period, without congressional authorization for use of military force (AUMF) or a declaration of war by the United States.
Silly liberal are all feelings, all bark. No logic, no fight.
