Yes it’s absurd except for the fact they conducted the largest coverup in government history on behalf of a democrat presidential candidate then a few months later committed the largest crimes in US history and are engaged in a coup attempt against a republican candidate.

Along with the SES, we need to do away with Federal Employee Unions. Unions traditionally support Democrats so to keep the FBI, CIA, IRS as well as any other Federal Agency out of politics, you need to take out the financial tie to the left No need for Unions with all the laws on the books protecting employee rights.

Yep. No one rises through the ranks nowadays. It's let's take a kid out of college that doesn't have one iota of experience in the job he is being hired for. It looks better on the company resume as opposed to promoting someone with a high school education that's been working for the company for 15 years.

Rush is older than he thinks. 40 years ago the FBI required a college education at a minimum. But it makes for a good "old school" narrative that he likes to spin.

But the Bureau is filled with far more women, tech nerds, "quotas" and people who can pass current background checks that tend to be more left.
Also I know quite a few Ex Agents and ALL are conservative and are more than pissed/ashamed by what has happened ..

Learn rudimentary math, the folks in the FBI 30-40 years ago may have already been in the agency 20-30 years which means they would have been post World War II or Korean War era folks, I'm sure a shite load of them didn't have college degrees.

Pretty sure that FBI agents at one time years ago had to have law degrees as a prerequisite to become agents.
