Wouldn't it have been amazing to hear his thoughts on Trump, Biden, Kamala and friends. What a talent - he is missed!

Yes we absolutely lost out with his untimely departure. He would have been an incredible voice in these times. Especially with all this odd realigning of principles and strange bedfellow making.

One Baton Rouge radio station is carrying about 15 minutes of "The Best of Rush" every weekday morning.

It is amazing how some of the things he said years ago are still applicable today. It's like he had a crystal ball back then.

He was the shining light on the hill

The world is a much darker place without him

Rush would have loved Trump’s 250 celebration.

They broke the mold with him. I have tried to find someone who could come close to him, but there’s nobody close.

Agreed.

Clay and Cuck are horrible and undeserving of Rush’s time-slot.

Rush died early in 2021 though. He never got to experience Trump’s triumph in 2024 and his glorious return.

Five years down the road, I still miss El Rushbo at 11:06 Central.

The best friend I never met.

I can’t listen to those two. They spend more time talking about themselves than anything relevant to what is going on in politics.

If Limbaugh were here today Trump would probably be on his program every other week minimum. More likely 30 minutes or so every week.

Agreed. They are unlistenable. They basically regurgitate Fox News segments. Nothing new or unique.

The only 2 radio personalities I listen to now are Chris Plante and Michael Berry. But neither of them are in Rush’s league.

Rush is basically the grandfather of podcasting.

A lot of people don’t know he gave millions early on to TPUSA because he realized Charley was a phenom and was always looking to be generous for good. I wasn’t surprised at all that Charley loved him. His influence is still being felt. And that’s why the libs hate anything retaining his influence, even our current President was a disciple.

Rush would have been bigger than Rogan if he existed during the podcast era.
