Five years down the road, I still miss El Rushbo at 11:06 Central.

The best friend I never met.

The sound of his theme song gave me such a warm feeling

Rush definitely knew his stuff. He had his hand on the pulse of American politics.

I would have liked Ambrose Bierce’s thoughts

Dude disappeared in Mexico during the Mexican Revolution and told his niece? in a letter that he leaves tomorrow for destinations unknown.

One of my favorite Twilight Zones is his story they made an episode of the Confederate Spy hung off the Bridge.
An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge.

But damn, I miss Rush.
When we were at low points, he would make you laugh and make sense of the madness.

Yeah he was entertaining as well as political.

3 hours every day went by like it was 5 minutes.

We have not changed at all. Actually were actually less likely to call someone a f*ggot these days, etc.

The left are the ones that have gone ape shite off the left end. shite there are communists taking over the democrat party now.

Get the F outta here with "what we have become".

So, grab your rifle and head to the front troll.

Many of us believe in the Constitution and there is a civil and peaceful way to change our direction.

Do you know US History. I think not.
We have been here before and will be again until the curse of Marxism, socialism, fascism and democrat socialists, who are a combo of all are universally scorned and nationally disposed of.

Rush was a commentator. Clay and Buck give regular commentary on the ineptitude of the people your wives elect in his place. They're pretty smart too.

This was Rush’s show the day Trump came down the escalator. Rush as usual was right—Trump’s message was going to resonate. You’d never hear this sort of analysis from Clay and Cuck.

I also miss Rush terribly.

No one can replace him. No one can come close.

His formerly nicotine stained fingers and golden EIB network microphone helped me see the world from a broader viewpoint instead of taking everything on the chin. There's always an angle being played.

Thanks, Rush.

I was thinking of him while driving on the fourth. He would have loved - LOVED the big 250th celebration.

I Iistened to Rush, Boortz and G. Gordon Liddy every day and they all left the air within a few years. There's no one on the car radio worth listening to nowadays.

Should have gone to Mark Steyn. He was always my favorite fill in. I’m afraid Steyn might have gotten old too week after week though.
