RIP to the greatest of all time. I used to tape his show on cassette and listen when I got home from school while I did homework. Thanks El Rushbo

the first time I heard Rush, I thought, "finally, a media personality who gets it and can put it into words"
His talent was unique, above it all and "on loan from God"

Man, a real legend
Hope the left doesn't do what we all know they're about to do.

Damn.
I was a daily listener going all the way back to the first Clinton term and listened forever. Stopped listening a few years ago but started again this past year when I could. It was great to hear him again, and as usual he was right in nearly everything he said.
Hugely influential and I'm sad to know that I'll never hear him again.

What a life of accomplishment.
A constant companion of mine when I was doing so much traveling in the 1990s and 2000s. A voice in the darkness. He will be sorely missed at Casa de la Medianoche.

Right up there with Paul Harvey
He was many times more influential than Paul Harvey, and that's not meant as a knock on Paul Harvey.

My boss at the time introduced me to Rush in 1988. The boss found Rush just a few weeks after his show went nationwide.
I spent many hours on the road listening to Rush over the years. I will miss his insight greatly.
