I'm following Trump to the new party as well. Even if he loses it will force a new atmosphere in American politics away from the two party system which is morphing more and more each day into a Mexican PRI system of one party rule anyway.

I'm in favor of more choices not less.

Blow it all up. System is fricked. Change can’t hurt. The political system in the U.S. cannot get worse.

Because it is just rumors as I said. It's just chatter on social media at this point. What do you want me to link?

Go cry more

My heart says:

MAGA 40%
Dems 35%
GOP 25%

Reality (unless things change which is possible because it's so early):

MAGA 35%
Dems 43%
GOP 22%

No it won’t. Not even close. There is a reason that our system has almost exclusively only involved only two major parties.

It’s a feature of the electoral system we use, not some option that the voting public chose.

If he does it is a fund raising gimmick and he is willing to give the Dems the win so he can raise funds and lose.

He should get behind the best republican as a fairly silent supporter and fundraiser b

I hope he does.

It will reveal what an egotistical a-hole he is to many on here and how little he gives a shite about anything but himself.

Or it reveals that he was a Dem plant all along to destroy the GOP.

Either way.

Try:

Dem: 45%
Rep: 25%
MAGA: 20%
Other: 10%

Democrat supermajorities and 400 EV landslides abound!!

You might be legit crazy. He wouldn’t get even 20%. The vast majority that voted for him did so because he was the R candidate.

If he’s not they won’t.

Lol yeah, again, a real egotistical a-hole to have to deal with the misery inflicted upon him, his family, and the rest of us for that matter. It’s such a boost to the ego to deal with all that sewage.

MAGA would be lucky to get 18%

That’s what they don’t understand. Most Trump voters were Republicans before Trump, and will remain so. The 10-15% hardliners that will follow him anywhere, however, will be enough to hand almost every election to Democrats nationwide.

Trump could probably win Wyoming.

We'll see. Trump is good at announcing things and not so good about actually doing things.

He probably could win Wyoming, true, where he just ran the previous overwhelmingly popular Liz Cheney out of town.
