I don't think him being Cuban helps or hurts him much in the swing states anyway. Latinos aren't going to vote for people just on ethnic identity

They should be scared for lots of reasons with Rubio, mainly because he’ll be the most accomplished and reasonable candidate we’ve seen in quite some time

I still personally want Vance, then have Rubio follow up after hopefully 8yrs of a successful Vance Presidency.
