I'll just say this, Strange carried all the Biff and Muffy precincts in Alabama. Moore crushed him everywhere else. The Fox Poll is a last ditch effort by the establishment to keep the Moore vote at home. The Carpetbagger libs coming in to AL can only help Moore.

I'm pissed that Moore will be representing my wonderful state, but damn, my facebook feed tomorrow and Wednesday is going to be full of glorious weeping and gnashing of teeth. That mitigates some of my negative feelings, as shitty as that makes me sound.

It’s probably directly tied to the Fox poll showing a Jones win by 10 points.

Moore ends self exile to be interviewed by a 12-year-old girl?

All the single ladies
(All the single ladies)
All the single ladies
(All the single ladies)
All the single ladies
(All the single ladies)
All the single ladies
Now put your hands up

Up in the club, just broke up
I'm doing my own little thing
You decided to dip and now you wanna trip
'Cause another brother noticed me
I'm up on him, he up on me
Don't pay him any attention
'Cause I cried my tears for three good years
You can't be mad at me

'Cause if you liked it, then you should have put a ring on it
If you liked it, then you should have put a ring on it
Don't be mad once you see that he want it
If you liked it, then you should have put a ring on it
Oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh
'Cause if…

We’ve got carpetbaggers coming in on both sides unfortunately. Moore has his share of wacko outsiders who are trying to tell us what to do.

I expect he will win but I doubt he ever takes a seat in the Senate.

I've won some money on recent past elections, with Virginia, Georgia, and the South Carolina fifth.

I'm fairly risk averse, even for low stakes, but I certainly wouldn't be putting money in the candidate market. Even though I feel like Moore is going to win this by slightly lower margin than his fans anticipate. He will likely win nonetheless.

If I were to put money it would be the margin market. But given all that I have read about the polling regulations in Alabama, and the uncertainly in sampling(firms are struggling to decide how to govern their underlying assumptions given the unique characteristics of this election, so you are often getting notable spreads. And I don't have a good beat on what my thinking is so I can't say which polls I would lean more into trusting, since I don't know what to expect with turnout either), I think I'd just sit it out.

I’d imagine most sitting Senators have similar, if not worse, skeletons in their closets.

I'm wagering my last week's "pacheco" on Doug Jones. It'll pay off handsomely.

Would be best possible solution. Senate not seat, and have the Gov appoint another Republican.
