Rotation of the earth's core slowed, matched the normal rotation and then spun in reverse?

Seems like we would have seen some obvious signs of this?

No claims of global warming as a cause.

Trust the science!

Lately the days have seemed a few seconds longer.

I thought I saw Superman flying the wrong way. Maybe tomorrow will be yesterday and Lois Lane will be saved, again.

A slower-spinning core, studies suggest, could potentially affect Earth's magnetic field, a protective shield safeguarding the planet from deadly solar radiation. It could also fractionally shorten the length of a day.

The poles have been moving faster and faster, like they are on track to flip.

North pole, the blue dot is the year 1590. They yellow dots are recent years. The separation between the yellow dots is getting greater every year meaning the magnetic pole shift is picking up speed.

South pole in same time frame:

We are supposedly overdue for a pole shift, but that would cause bigtime issues.

Don't worry, scientists also said it's a safe and effective event.

Either way, as long as it spins we will have magnetic protection from the sun. As long as the earth spins around the sun, the core will spin. Physics wins.

With those things in mind, we’ll be good.

At most the friction change could shorten or lengthen the days by a few hundredths of a second.

This is also a regular cycle of the core and has been observed several times since, I think, the early 60s when they started measuring seismic ripples or shite like that.

That’s all I got.

Physics also say that water can't stay on a spherical surface when spinning at all, let alone 1000+ mph...

So when does a DEI influenced team drill to the core and set off a nuclear device?

It's also on a Mercator projection which the further north it's going (which it is), the distances are actually much less than it appears while looking at it with a frontal bias.
