You act like $1200 or whatever it was really made a difference in people's lives
Again, not everyone got that. I know we didn't nor did I file for any of the SBA loans because my business didn't need it and I figured they would use those loans as an excuse to audit businesses which would potentially offset any "free money" one might get from it. I was correct.

Considering the notion that the CARES Act was primarily designed to “stimulate” the economy which at the particular time was truly gasping for air, some of the central premises being:
—to put spending money into some hands with the expectation and intent being for so many people at once to shoot a massive injection of money into the economy “at one time;”
—to float the many legitimate cases of businesses teetering on the brink of collapse due to the sudden cessation of incoming revenue and capital necessary to avoid permanent closure;
—amongst a few other existential crises of various kinds……
…..now contemplate and share your vision of the economic circumstances of the country had there been no CARES act or anything else like it. Describe the circumstances and state of the country in that hypothetical scenario.

Cleaner beaches was awesome though.

You’re making this a binary question when you know it’s not that simple.
Should the President cast a vision for his party and lead them?
Did the CARES act hurt the country in various ways?

Of course, you guys will now bash Trump for it but at the time saving small businesses was the right thing to do
Saving small businesses = financially aiding and abetting the enemy in their efforts to steal the election?
How have the last 3 years gone for small businesses?

The buck never stops with Trump.

I never said that. I simply said it is a fact the cares act would still be the law even with DeSantis in the White House. I’ll ask one more time. How many in congress voted against it?
It's hardly a fact. It's speculation by a Trump superfan.
I don't know what each spending bill was labeled but 40 Republicans voted against the $2T legislation that Trump decided to try to get Massie primaried over.

Dude. Why can’t you answer the question? Because you now know it was essentially unanimous. Only a fool would argue anyone it the whitehouse would overcome those numbers. It’s why you’re the true cutest. You truly believe Ron, who is getting absolutely destroyed in the primary would have the ability to control over a third of congress. It’s ridiculous. It’s ok to admit it.

The alternative was to let every small business fail
If we left the economy open, small businesses could’ve continued operating. I know that’s a wild concept for the true Trumpists.

how many members of congress voted against it? You’re a cultist if you think Ron could have overcome that.
I’ve asked almost a dozen. time and not one of you cultists will answer. You calling anyone a super fan is the height of hypocrisy.

How many in congress voted against the cares act. Tell me what power President DeSantis would have used to not allow the cares act becoming law?
Oh no! Guess that's that, then. They could just override his veto and he wouldn't have been able to do anything at all about it!

Because the answer is clearly yes. As is the fact it’s clear the cares act was becoming law. How many members of congress voted against it?

All I’m simply asking you to describe what tje General circumstances of the country would have been at that exact time had there been no CARES Act. Would the same exact series of events and state of the country unfolded exactly as it ultimately did “historically” speaking? Or would “our world” have turned out looking different, and if so in what way(s)??

What presidential power would he have had to prevent the cares act from becoming law, specifically?
How many members of congress voted against it?
