ACB ain’t gonna vote against her adopted kids apparently.

I think they thought the risk to society was too great to have millions suddenly at risk of being deported. Intent of the amendment be damned.

Please, PT Constitutional scholars, tell us how Justice Clarence Thomas is wrong.

Quite an accomplishment for a justice to be hated by both political parties.
Not really. Ideologues don’t care about process and structure. A “good” justice, in their estimation, is one who decides cases based on what they want to happen.
Most people are ideologues.

But on the really big most crucial cases when we need her, with the exception of a couple times, she fricks us.

If I ever run into her parents again I’ll be sure to let them know what a failure they raised.

Sure thing in the late 1860’s when those amendments came into being literally right after the end of the Civil War they addressed slavery in the other two amendments but the 14th was really referencing Guatemala lol see yourself out boy wonder
I’m not surprised that you are so stupid as to be unable to conceive that it was written for persons other than the slaves. They say that 30% of the population is so stupid they can’t score high enough to join the Army; I was bound to run into one of them sooner or later

The 14th Amendment was not created so anyone and everyone can come here, especially the millions coming here now with malicious intent and hatred for this country, to shite out a bunch of babies to automatically be "legal U.S. citizens." If you think the 14th Amendment was conceptualized and passed for that purpose, to intentionally harm, invade and destroy the USA... YOU are a fricking retard. frick you.
I can only hope you are trolling or that the government cut your balls off at birth. I shudder to think of you furthering your lineage.

For certain, every future Republican Supreme Court potential nominee should be asked what they think of the birthright citizenship case.
if they refuse to answer or give some sort of bullshite "well it could come up before the court and therefore I can’t answer," they should be summarily crossed off the list.

Nice copy pasta. What’s your point? Or do you even have an original thought you wish to state?
