Too big?

Naw, I think Roberts and Barrett are showing the American people who they are.

Roberts has been dependably delivering disappointment for awhile now but ACB is doing a fine job of catching up to him as quickly as possible.

Fine, fine picks by W and DJT respectively.

Maybe they just are who they are. Robert’s has long since been blackmailed and he’s bought and paid for and ACB ain’t gonna vote against her adopted kids apparently.

Do y’all want justices who follow the constitution or justices who do what you want?

If you can’t abide the constitution, sounds like y’all some treasonous snakes

The USSC is bonafide left leaning, and yet the marxists are still talking about packing the courts.

ACB is HORRIBLE!

Thomas says the constitution does NOT support birthright citizenship for these foreign invaders.

NAILED IT. He previously destroyed the lie of progressivism, which has infiltrated our system to facilitate this invasion

Agreed.
And I agree with the intent of the 14th amendment, to provide citizenship to the freed slaves.

That was the correct course of action.

Ideologues like Miller weasel their way into government

Ideologues don't care about law or process, just the message or how things 'should be'

Don't do legal research, write shitty EOs or laws that are obviously destined to fail.

SCOTUS strikes down said terrible legal reasoning

Poli board complains and drinks the ideological kool aid, only slightly more intense in flavor <-- we are here

The Left wants to ensure they don’t even really have to worry or bother with the small chance they accidentally get an occasional Alito or Thomas they have to deal with going forward in the future.

Lighten up Francis.

The SCOTUS was never going to end birthright citizenship. It's a constructional issue and they are constitutional law justices. Now the table is set to more clearly define "who" is entitled to citizenship through birth. The child, or the child and it's whole extended family.

If handled correctly this could be the first chip in ending the anchor baby system.

"Good" Is a very relevant term here and subject to interpretation.

Sure. We can argue about what “to arete” is.

But that doesn’t mean it’s unknowable. Nor does it mean that your shitty interpretation of the good has to govern all of the country.

Quite an accomplishment for a justice to be hated by both political parties.
