Dems advocate taking away women’s (real women) rights. Simple as that.
You no longer have the right to fairly compete.

Yeah it’s a well known story. They were pretty young at the time. Very early in their careers.
I think I read the dude didn’t even warm up or anything and just smoked them, they didn’t win a single set.
Serena has commented before that she would not be competitive against the top men’s players and that it’s a completely different game.

Trick question. Serena IS a man.

I don't know why we even have girls'/women's sports anymore.
Few people care; girls don't stand a chance; they're dismissed in an effort to protect those who are mentally ill.
I say get rid of "mens basketball" and "women's basketball;" everyone competes on the same teams.
Girls will vanish in the sports arenas.
The unhinged win.

Gaines is well-spoken, no uptalking or vocal fry. She makes very clear, logical, factual statements and stays on point.
She is the deconstructionists' worst nightmare. So they usually just attack her personally without a semblance of a basis.

note that she went on to say that even though she has achieved more awards and recognition as a femal swimmer, her husband (also a collegiate swimmer) could kick her butt.

I love the progressive smugness, they often throw these statements out as fact not expecting a challenge.

IF men and women are equal, why do we have Women's sports?

I say let her play the #1 seed man and let's get this conversation in the rear view mirror.

In her defense, she knows better and isn’t saying this stupid crap.

I don’t remember where or when, but Serena stated it’s a completely different sport and she knows there is a big gap.

John McEnroe got heat for this years ago. He said she would ranked well into the hundreds when including men.
He was being generous. She would not be ranked at all. She would struggle to win ANY matches on the satellite tours.
Serena would not even win the NCAA title, let alone do well on the men's tour.
The 203rd ranked player beat Venus and Serena back to back while drinking beer and smoking cigarettes between games. He still beat them badly.
Sure, Serena can hit a serve harder than some men can, but she is slower than the slowest guy on the men's tour. She doesn't hit with the same spin, either. It wouldn't be fair.

The 54 year old beat Serena 6-1.He followed that up by dispatching of Venus 6-2. He could have shut them out completely but he didn't want his local Wendy's burnt to the ground.

In her prime, Serena could have beaten most men ranked outside of the Top 1000. At least in 3 sets.

I mean, yeah, ok that's probably true

Dem witness: "There's been this news article about men that think they can beat Serena Williams in tennis. And it's just not the case. She is stronger than them."
@Riley_Gaines_: "Both Serena and Venus lost to the 203rd ranked male tennis player."
Well that's just silly because this is an argument that not even Venus or Serena would make ( and have several times stated such)
And the 203rd ranked player, if I remember correctly, walked on to the court after a round of golfing/drinking and went 6/0...6/1 it wasnt close and he wasn't close to peak performance
This whole argument shows just how foolish the left is in an outcomes feelings based argument
Personally...I ran in HS /College. I would have been on the podium at the Olympics in 92 or 96 for the women's 10000 if I ID'd as such. I got blitzed though when I went against world class men.. Like getting lapped several times
It's just foolish to think that men arntv physically superior when a guy that gets sympathy claps for finishing a 1000 meters behind the winner of a men's race ... Could've still won the woman's event

quote:... The same day, after he'd scarfed a couple of beers and smoked a pack of cigs between the games. IIRC, it was 6-0 v Serena, 6-2 v Venus (only because he lost interest). Not kidding. It was a published story. Anyone who stepped into that is a fool!
