Now whether she saw him or not is a different story, because he came from the passenger side around the front while she was likely looking out her driver side as the two approaching her.

That second and third shot he took might get him in trouble with a Minneapolis jury as it looks like the car was already past him at that point. Hopefully only the first shot hit her.

It's a sad story, looking at that video. But unless there's other angles, she accelerated towards the cop that shot her. Panicked or not, that gives him justification for shooting. Awful situation, but why was she even there?

Same video posted a few min ago... There is an agent that comes from the passenger side around the front and is in the path when she guns it.
Whether he needed to fire as he jumped out the way or not is debatable, but he was def in the path of her vehicle.
